Last week's Focus featured an article about URA-AFT member Englebert Santana, student assessment counselor with the Educational Opportunities Fund in Newark.
“I enjoy witnessing the process as they find their place in this campus, their communities and future lives,” Santana said. “They come in not knowing where they’re going and leave with a sense of direction and a new outlook on life, knowing that they’ve accomplished something major.”
